Lego 30055 MINI Droid Fighter was a Vulture-class droid starfighter used by both the Trade Federation and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. No living pilot nor droid pilot controlled the starfighter; rather, it was piloted by a droid brain, which was linked to a central control computer. The ship was designed by Haor Chall Engineering and manufactured by the Baktoid Armor Workshop. It was armed with four blaster cannons and two torpedo launchers. The ship was extremely quick and agile because of its light and aerodynamic build. Consequently, it had a very weak constitution. This very reason is why the droid fighters are most often deployed in swarms that quickly decimate their enemies, before they have the chance to retaliate and cause too many losses.
