Lego Star Wars 7101 Lightsaber Duel from “The Phantom Menace” was a duel between Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul during the Naboo crisis. As Anakin and Qui-Gon were returning to the ship after purchasing hyperdrive parts for the Queen Amidala’s starship, they discovered one of Darth Maul’s probe droids. Quite naturally, Qui-Gon destroyed the droid and realized they were being followed, the remaining droid notified Darth Maul of the Jedi’s presence. Just as they reached the ship, Darth Maul appeared on his speeder bike and the lightsaber duel ensued. Qui-Gon ordered Anakin to board the ship and told the crew to take off without him. Anakin and the crew circled over the fight and lowered the boarding ramp; at the same moment, distracted Darth Maul enabled Qui-Gon to jump aboard ship and narrowly escaping.
