BrickWars Sets Description Lego 7869 Battle for Geonosis is a conflict that took place during the Clone Wars on the planet of Geonosis. Proton cannons were long-range mobile artillery units used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Second Battle of Geonosis. It was operated by one B1 battle droid, and was manually reloaded with proton shells by two additional battle droids. The shells were powerful enough to breach the deflector shields of an Acclamator-class assault ship and cause significant damage, or to completely destroy a LAAT/i Republic gunship. The gun was mounted on legs and allowed it to be easily moved. Other than its main cannon, it was unarmed and other forces were needed to defend it. The Biker Advanced Recon Commando (BARC) speeder was a speeder bike used by the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. It was originally built for the exclusive use any ARC (Advanced Recon Commando) troopers, hence its name. However, it was so effective that it became used by the rest of the Clone army. It was armed with twin light blaster cannons mounted at the front of the speeder, with another two mounted to both sides of the vehicle's side engines. It was used for reconnaissance and had a limited role in battle. The Lego 7869 Battle for Geonosis contains 331 pieces and includes 5 minifigures.
