BrickWars Sets Description Lego 8128 Cad Bane's Speeder was an airspeeder used by the bounty hunter Cad Bane and his crew during their raid on Coruscant's Republic Executive Building. As Bane neared the building, he gave a signal to his crew to lay low. When they finally arrived at the landing platform, they were approached by Senate Commandos. Little did the commandos know that Bane had armed accomplices hidden in the speeder - two commando droids and an assassin droid. Aurra Sing was also in on the raid, camping a nearby tower with a sniper rifle. The commandos had intended on arresting Bane for his unauthorized landing and his violations of security protocols. As a Senate commando stepped forward to handcuff Bane, Sing opened fire. The other commandos took cover, but to no avail; Sing gunned down several more commandos as Bane's accomplices in the speeder revealed themselves and took down the remaining commandos. Only the Senate Commando Captain remained. Bane swiftly tackled the captain, held him in a firm headlock, and broke his neck, ending the captain's life.
The Lego 8128 Cad Bane's Speeder contains 318 pieces and includes 5 minifigures.

Reviews Posted December 12, 2010 by Callum Coghlan, United Kingdom Cad Bane's Speeder is definitely up there as one of the best Star Wars sets! The minifigures are fantastic - they are all rare or exclusive! The black assassin Droid wasn't that special, but all the others are fab. All of the pieces that make Shahan Alama are very rare. The Senate Commandos are great, espcially since the only other way to get them is by spending £99.99 for the Venator Attack Cruiser. The detail on the commander is great. Finally, we have the legend that is Cad Bane! This is the cheepest set he is in and his huge hat and detailed face really make him stand out. Great job on Bane LEGO!The set is just as brilliant. It is extremely accurate and really looks like the real Speeder seen in The Clone Wars. It is surprisingly big and feels heavier than I thought it would do. The build is fairly simple, and the finished product feels very strong and supported. The opening back section is nice and I use it to store the many guns that come with the set (3 large rifles - WOW).You may think that the price at the moment is steep for only 318 pieces, but nearly every single piece is either a rare colour or a rare type of piece e.g. there are lots of transparent yellow and blue pieces in there. The flick-fire missiles aren't very good, but that is a minor issue as they make the set look more complete.SUM UP:
