BrickWars Sets Description Lego 8129 Star Wars AT-AT Walker was a formidable behemoth war machine of the Imperial fleet. The AT-AT standing at a staggering height of 22.5 meters, was a heavily armored vehicle. Although, a slow moving machine, nevertheless, it struck fear in hearts of the enemy. Most certainly a force to be reckoned with, demoralizing the enemy and literally crushing everything in its path. The AT-AT was used to transport Imperial troops and light vehicles into the combat zone. It can accommodate up to forty Stormtroopers or Imperial Assault Troopers and five Speeder bikes.
The Lego 8129 AT-AT Walker contains 815 pieces and includes 8 minifigures.

Reviews Posted December 28, 2010 by Drew Delamont, United States Today i would like to write a firsthand review of the new Lego Star Wars AT-AT Walker (2010 limited addition version, set number: 8129) Firstly the Pros. I love this set for its unique design and structure compared to previous models: With a higher body height, a sturdier neck structure, more suportive legs and an amazing accuracy to the accual AT-AT in the 5th Star Wars movie: The Empire Strikes Back. I also really like the awesome assorsion of minifigures that come with this set: including my favourite little hero: Luke Skywalker! And this time making his apearence in his very rare yet amazing rebel pilot costume! And besides Luke being my favourite, i also love the other minifigures as well including all seven of them: Snowtroopers x2, Generel Veers, An AT-AT pilot, Han Solo (i reallly like the design on the torso and the new face), C3-PO, Luke Skywalker (rebel pilot edition) and a Hoth rebel trooper! i love them all and their really fun to play with! good job lego! And now the cons. I really havent any complaints about this amazing set exept for one little issue: The price (i think the price should drop from $109.00 to $75.00) but appart from that than thats all the complaints i have. Over all i rate this set 9/10, i think it is a really fun set to have, not to mension its an exelent build!i recomend it for ages 10-14. |
