BrickWars Sets Description

The Lego 9488 Elite Clone Trooper and Commando Droids Battle Pack is made up of a cannon, two clones and two droids. The cannon is a scaled-down version of the AV-7 antivehicle cannon, which was featured in the Clone Wars film. The AV-7 antivehicle cannon was an artillery unit mounted on a walker. It could travel on its own, albeit slowly. When the gunner found a suitable position, the walker entrenched itself. The artillery shells fired from the cannon had wide blast radii and could easily destroy troops and vehicles with one blast.

The ARC (Advanced Recon Commando) trooper was part of an elite clone trooper class considered to be one of the most skilled soldiers of their time. They were taught by Jango Fett himself. Each clone developed his own personality because of their unaltered genetic samples. They led other clones very effectively and were skilled in using advanced weapons and machinery.

The ARF (Advanced Recon Force) trooper was a clone trooper class that specialized in scouting and collecting information. They were also trained in operating certain vehicles standard clones were not, such as the AT-RT walker.

Commando droids were advanced battle droids used for stealth missions, nearly counterparts to the Republic's ARC troopers. They were similar in build to the B1-series battle droids, except with smaller heads and much sturdier bodies.
